I’m still in the process of refinancing my mortgage but felt compelled to write a review already. My experience with Matthew has been almost entirely via email and otherwise phone but first and foremost he is responsive. In a service industry such as this, I find that quality of the utmost import. He also breaks down information in very understandable and easily digestible ways. At the end of 2019, I was "gifted" a house by elderly parents. It was after the survey of the house that I realized my parents had allowed it to fall into serious disrepair; I would have to scramble for funds to save it. Fearful of financial ruin, I began the process of refinancing my own home. Matthew held my hand through the entire process. It took a while and there were many bumps in the road, but somehow, we got through it. In retrospect. in the midst of COVID-19. we now look like geniuses.
