The entire team made me feel like I was their only client. I had many questions and I was sometime a little insecure. Especially since everything was done over the computer ore by wire. They answered all of my questions and reassured me when I felt lost. The videos were also helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Matt and his team were extraordinary during the entire process. We had a complicated loan and no realtor (which is less than ideal on their end).
