I visited the shop in Hatfield last month to print out some pages from my grandson's school's website, and had the great pleasure to be served by Sancha.. I am so grateful for her patience and expertise in helping me with several issues. She demonstrated exceptional customer service and hope her employers recognise and value her skills and commitment. ordred some passport photos online and chose to collect from asda bawtry road site. we then arrived to collect our photos the member of staff clearly had a attitude problem, once printed we asked if she could cut the photos to size with there device they use she then told us she could not do it. We have been there many times before and other staff ask if we want them cut to size before we ask
