I have used the photo printing system before so I knew what to do however Melissa came over straight away and asked me and my mother in law if we needed any help. I then went to go and pay and Melissa was lovely and polite. Melissa said that the photos will be five minutes so we did a bit of shopping. We returned and the photos were ready and at great quality. Thank you Melissa @ Fforestfach, Swansea from the bonkers ladies printing arsenal related photos.

I was given excellent customer service from Hannah about options for a very special gift. Professional, gentle, knowledgeable advice, No hard selling she helped me with the prints I definitely wanted and told me to take whatever time I needed to consider my options. I returned on Saturday with my decision to buy a slate photo (for my recently bereaved friend) Christine was there helping with getting the right orientation for the picture and assisting me through the process. Lynsey at Cleethorpes extra helped me negotiate how to print a lovely large photograph from a picture on my mobile. She was so helpful and although there was a queue of people waiting to be served she did her best to help and give assistance to all with efficiency and politeness. A very friendly and polite lady.
