I am a new Mum, I am very anxious. I brought my 2-month-old for a photo shoot. Kayleigh was really helpful very professional put my mind to ease. Kayleigh tock some lovely photos, when my baby got upset was really kind and understanding. Highly recommend thank you.

We needed a photo enlarged and printed to display at a funeral. We went to the Redditch store, and was served by the area manager Sam. She was so kind and caring and has a great way with her customers. We are so pleased with the photo. The shop assistant who was working with her was also brilliant. . I didn’t get her name but she usually works at the Kidderminster store. They both made an upsetting time so much more bearable!

I was served by Sandica and went in for 2 photos to be reprinted and framed and I also ordered a crystal, she did everything for me, took her time, even though the shop was busy, she talked me through everything, the products, prices, sizes, she was polite and welcoming. Will be returning again.
