I visited Max Spielmann and had a really positive experience with Suman. Even though he runs the store on his own and manages multiple customers, he stays calm, professional, and makes sure everyone is looked after. Suman did some professional headshots for me last year, which really helped get my services set up. Recently, I came back with something much more personal. Both Sami and Emma were fantastic. Their customer service was amazing, they were extremely helpful, polite and the service was amazing. Walked in at 1245 this afternoon asking for a canvass of my favourite picture from my wedding, and received a phone call no more than 10 mins after leaving the shop to say that it would be ready in an hour.
