Excellent customer service from Carrie, nothing was too much trouble. She helped me navigate the process of printing photos directly from my phone, assisted me in choosing the perfect frames, and even gave expert advice on some football memorabilia I needed framing too. The young lady was so patient and helpful. As someone who struggles with technology the stress was taken away. She discussed in detail what I wanted and talked me through each step while standing at my side. Excellent up-selling too as she talked about different products for my needs. I only went in for a small photo but came away with a photo block and a keyring. The gift made my daughter cry! Will be returning for larger purchases.
