I was served my Ellie in the Spytty store today. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the photos that were taken of me in the shoot. Ellie was so lovely and made it so comfortable to pose as she helped me look so confident and stunning. Everything about my experience was perfect, I will definatly be recommending here to all of my friends.

It was in the evening about 7.30pm. The other members of staff had left except for just one employee. This is fine due to it being quieter in the evening, however there were quite a few other customers waiting for help at the till. I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes which I don’t mind. However, when I was being served the lady told me the email for film developing wasn’t working but gave me no other options as to what I could do. Steph was very helpful showing me how to print off a photograph. When I wasn’t happy with the photo she was patient and talked me through other options such as turning it and lightening the background. Steph showed me what it would look like. I was much happier with the second attempt. Thank you
