Everyone was friendly and courteous. The doctor and his assistant were great. I feel that Dr. Polansky is a very good, highly qualified surgeon and he is also very friendly and explains everything. I had good results with him on prior surgeries and expect the same this time. I had to call him with a question after the office was closed and he responded promptly and was again courteous and friendly.
