This is the only program I have every committed to. Who can't do 20 minutes, twice a week, no sweat, no pain, and results? Lost weight, reduced blood pressure, gained muscle, lost fat, felt better. For almost 7 years I have been committed - I'm now 78 and feel more like 50!

I enjoy going to MaxStrength. The personal trainers are wonderful. They know just how to push your muscles, without going too far. They give maximum results in a minimum amount of time. I would go every day if I could.

Structured strength training; focused, shorter duration of workouts; climate controlled environment; non-crowded facilities; record keeping to show progress.

Work in a quiet atmosphere while the trainer guides you and corrects you when needed. You get the best work out in 20 minutes and you walk out as if you spent an hour at a regular gym. The best thing I personally like are the reminding emails prior to each appointment. Knowing that there is a trainer waiting for me, keeps me going even when I really don’t feel like getting to the gym at all. It is a great place to take care of your health, while you do have your health. And if you don’t, as I did at the start, (hip prob... read more
