Mark from Mayday was so easy to work with. He's always friendly and very consistent with his communication. We had all our roofs redone, shingles on our house, metal on the poleshed, our barn and arena. It all looks so nice & new especially the metal roofs. We always felt we new what was going on thru the entire process of the project. The crew was quick and thorough and always cleaned up each night. I had a really good experience with Mayday Restoration. They responded promptly and documented the hail damage to my roof and provided support when the insurance adjuster came to review my claim. The whole process went smoothly and I am satisfied with my new roof. Glad they could work me in the schedule before the weather got too cold.
We worked with Mayday to get our roof repaired. Insurance initally didn't want to cover it but Mayday stuck with us to get it repaired and paid for by the insurance company! Thanks, Mayday!
Mayday construction was a dream to work with. I had spoken initially on the phone with a representative, they explained how the process works. They sent out a representative who sat down with me and not only explained in detail how the process works, but he then went on to look at my roof and not only noticed the hail damage, but took pics to show me. Our contractor was Larry *****. Larry did an amazing job. His time lines were correct and his communication was above excellent. We could text or email Larry and he would get back to us quickly. He would also stop over to talk in person. He made the process so easy. I have dealt with a number of contractors prior and we have never had the service like we received from Larry. I highly recommend Larry ***** and Mayday Restoration.
Mayday Restoration did a fantastic job! They removed all the shingles plus the base products. They installed a new roof in one day! There were 22 workers and each was a very hard worker. My Project Manager, Cristina, was wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with her. Just replaced my roof through insurance. Our account manager Zachary D. was very thorough explaining the process and what to expect along the way. He was there every step of the way guiding me through this project. The crew was very curtious and cleaned up everything when they were done. We have a 3yo and a dog, mayday sent out someone the day after the build with a magnet to make sure there was no nails left over that the crew might have missed, this was much appreciated. Mayday replaced my roof in June 2023. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth. The constant communication from our Account Manager exceeded our expectations. On build day, he was on site making sure the project got started off well. The crew that came out was fast, efficient, thorough and courteous. Cleanup was exceptional. My yard was actually cleaner afterward. The entire experience was awesome! Professional and high quality materials. I highly recommend Mayday for your roofing project!
They were very prompt in getting the inspection done, reviewing my options, and doing the legwork dealing with my insurance company. They stayed engaged even though there were numerous complications with my mortgage company, insurance company, and the supplier for my roofing and siding. Excellent work. Would definitely recommend.
