There's many reasons to pick Mayday over other companies; they have the best customer service out of any contractor I've used, I thought the sales guy was outstanding, the crew that performed the work was great and got the job done in a day. If you are considering a contractor, Mayday is the brand that speaks professionalism.
The representative for Mayday, Brent, went above and beyond to make sure that the damage to my roof was fully covered by insurance. I have a large house with a complicated roofline and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The new roof looks great!
If you are looking to have the worst experience possible with a company than you have found the right one. They were extremely nice and professional when they sold us on replacing our roof with them through insurance. It was all down hill from there. The person we were working with would text and call us at inappropriate hours and times with misinformation. They were great when they came out walking around to my house, Agreed for them to service my roof, got a quote from 3 people they called my insurance company, it got approved , they stated Oct 17th or so ,completed it was told half would be 7k and the rest would be 7k and 3 hundred or so, gave them a check for 7k and didn't hear anything from them until the end of December, then come January no bill or invoice until they started threatening me that they are going to put a lien on my house, got a statement saying they are cha... read more
Mayday initially engaged with me in August 2023 to start the insurance approval on my roof repairs. Their communication was so awful not only with me but with my insurance company. I had to follow up all the time and they dropped the ball multiple times with my insurance company. I communicated to Mayday in November I am terminating their services as emails and communications went unanswered with my insurance company. Our sales associate was initially kind to work with and responded promptly. However once the project got close to started the communication was horrible. We were told we would be contacted when material was to be delivered and the project started the following day. We received no notice and came home to our driveway blocked. The sales associate was not on scene and nobody to oversee the project. I received one phone call explaining some additional work.
