We had Mary Jo and Noah work with us on our roof that was hail damaged. Our Insurance company wanted to only pay for parts of our house and garage roof. They sent in one of our shingles for testing and were able to get them to pay for the whole thing with the test results. The workers were so professional. Mayday did an excellent job replacing the roof on our home. The quality of workmanship and respect for our property was great. Our sales contact, Michael, was an excellent communicator and clearly the reason the work on our home went so smoothly. I highly recommend Michael as a salesman for Mayday.
Worked with Mason from Mayday. He’d met with my insurance company at my house and they all went on the roof together. They thought he was pleasant, professional and just used the damage to speak for itself. The roofers themselves did a really nice job and picked up after the job was complete. Overall, a really good experience.

We can't say enough great things about Mark and Mayday. Mayday submitted a claim to our insurance and it was denied. We were very disappointed. Mayday resubmitted our claim and with another independent adjuster reviewing our claim, we were approved. Mayday sent a crew to tear off and replace our roof in one day. They cleaned up and hauled everything away as promised. We had terrific customer service every step of the way in getting our new roof. Mary Jo was so helpful in getting things covered with our insurance. She walked me through each step and answered all questions. Our experience was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone else.
We were very please with our experience. Our project manager was very bright, sociable, and knowledgeable. She wanted to be involved (assessor meeting, etc.) and was there to walk us through the whole process. I was also impressed they offer guidance in the event you want to appeal a denial from the insurance. The roofing team was courteous and came back later on to make sure they got all the nails picked up. The roof looks good and are so glad we opted for the upgrade in shingle. We recommended.
