Verified Renter As a resident who has just moved in here, everybody has been super kind! The process moving in here went fast and was very simple and easy! The complex is of course very close to the beach as well as about any restaurant or fast-food place you can think of. I love the community here!

Verified Renter I've lived at Mayfaire Flats since 2019. I'm signing another lease. I wouldn't be here if I didn't love it. It's quiet and clean. The office people are kind and answer your concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance is awesome. You put in an order and Brendon and his team are right on it. They have great amenities. The coffee machine is my favorite. There are stores all around. Two hair salons right on the property. I can't say enough. Great place to live.

The maintenance crew is so responsive and so is the front office on the rare occasions where we had an issue. The crew works so hard to keep this place so clean and feeling like a hotel!
