Verified Renter great place to live. very polite community and super friendly staff. love the lap pool and the 24 gym access. It is in a very quite area and hardly any trough traffic at night and during the day

Verified Renter Mayfaire flats is amazing! I just moved in and I couldn’t be happier! The close proximity to Mayfaire is incredible, yet I love how it’s far off the main road, kind of secluded. Safety is a big factor of where I live, and Mayfaire flats makes me feel safe with features such as gate entry to each building. I’m excited to spend the next year here. Highly recommend!

Verified Renter Everything is great, but would love more visitor parking. Office personnel are very helpful and maintenence is prompt and efficient . Renting is new to us and we need all the help we can get.
