Great customer service received from Lorne and the rest of the team at Mazda Claremont
I went in for service before and my car continued to have issues after they worked on it. After letting them know I was continuing to have issues Roy did his best to correct the issue. But I do have to add that there should be bigger cars to borrow when taking the car in for service.
I had called several dealerships on Sunday . Most people I talk to weren’t very excited to sell me a car and then I spoke Loren Sallie from the minute we talked, he was excited to make it happen. Roy was very helpful. After having an issue with my car the first time I took it in Roy took the time to correct the issue. Rental car was too small. Get bigger rentals to fit my family’s needs.
