mazda of Claremont is Great. Everyone was friendly and honest. They made sure we were getting the car that we wanted for payments we could afford.

Very nice overall experience for several reasons. The night before my 90 year old mom and I had to actually get our money back on a used car you purchased from another dealership. The fixable problem over the course of 18 day escalated from service, to service manager, to customer relations and ultimately to returning the car, primarily because they repeatedly failed to listen and communicate and execute on any of the discussion points. Martin was very friendly and he kept me informed about the progres of my car.
Martin helped me with my first service for my new CX-5. To begin, he called me a couple of times to remind me to come in for a service, which I greatly appreciate all the reminders I can get with my busy schedule. I made an appointment and my car was completed in less than 2 hours. Everything was fully explained to me and of course I love their video they send of the car’s condition.
