Amazing staff & Vet! We absolutely love the way they have treated Harley for almost three years now. Harley is a goofy German Shepard who isn't the biggest fan of the Vet office, but LOVES the vet herself. Thank you Thank you Thank you!! Highly recommend for top tier animal care.

My family recently moved to Scottsdale from California bay area. We were booked to see Dr. Starr. Our cat Soleil was not eating or drinking normally. Background: our vet in CA just retired after 50 years in practice. The bar was extremely high going in...results? Amazing. She was thorough and inquisitive about what was going on with Soleil. The vet was extremely thorough and kind. She made me comfortable while speaking on the phone, and was very reassuring and thorough. She made me feel confident my dog was in good hands despite not being able to meet her in person

We recently moved over to McDowell Mountain Animal hospital to keep Dr. Tressa as our vet and couldn't be happier! The staff here is amazing and so friendly. Our dog, Ray, feels at home when he comes in and we always trust their team to do a wonderful job and give the best recommendations.

We met Dr. Starr today for our kitties and she was fabulous. We're having behavioral issues with one of our cats and she was immediately invested in figuring out how to resolve these issues. Nice to have that personal connection especially now a days.

We took our new puppy to MMAH based on a recommendation from a local rescue. We are sooooooo happy that we listened. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They really make you and your baby feel loved and cared for. They are not pushy and really take their time during the visit. Our pup has started eating rocks and escaping his crate and they were awesome with their suggestions on how deal with it. I have been going to McDowell since 2017, and when Dr Casey and Dr Williamson left, there was doubt who would take over. Dr Tressa arrived and we met and she and her team have been unbelievable help with my 2 labradors and Standard Poodle. I have had emergency's and without hesitation they took Henry in for a bee sting as he was going into anaphylactic shock. All three of my pugs get their healthcare here. Jack recently had surgery to remove a large growth. They did a great job with his care and recovery. Very warm and caring people!

The best experience I have had at vet's office in YEARS. I unfortunately had to go to put my dog down, but the staff was so sweet and caring. They had set the room up for us before we got there and had a blanket on the floor for my dog. They had me pay before the procedure so I could just leave afterwards. They did not pressure me to do anything outside what I came there for, which is big for me. Highly recommend this clinic/hospital.
