Service was incomplete and took way too much time. I made an appt to get oil changed, a state inspection, and a tire rotation and balance. In addition, I asked for a brake inspection and a complimentary alignment check. When completed, I don't think the latter two were done--there were no comments on the ticket. Although I made an appt for 9(?), nothing was done until I basically checked on it around two hours later. This visit was not confidence instilling, but I will go back based on previous experience.
