Very professional and friendly service department. Wait time not long. Clean, comfortable waiting area with plenty of drinks and snacks. Free wash. Nice visit with our salesman.

Some useful, albeit expensive, repairs were made during this service. I would have liked to have known of the tire problem sooner than during the vehicle checkout on Saturday evening when I was first informed. I purchased tires separately and the shaking experienced during high speeds has been eliminated. I also am continuing to have problems with my batteries, so I will get new ones in a separate visit.

McKinney Buick GMC Service dept. went above and beyond to help fix my sons truck. The front desk service employee Brandy Smith was very professional and very knowledgeable. She kept me informed about the vehicle while the mechanics ran tests and determined what the problem was. I felt very comfortable and reassured that the truck was in good hands. The service was very good and on time. The service writer keep me up to date while I waited. The surprise was when I got to the payment. I booked the service via the on line website, where they ask me for the Year, Make, Model and Engine in my truck. Then they told me the price was $69.99. At payment time the cost was $89.99 and when I ask why the extra cost, I was told the $69.99 is for the small V6. Why did they ask me all the data on my truck and then give me the lower price?
