Plumbers who came seem to have done an excellent job. My shower faucet knobs are hard to turn on but I feel with use they will loosen up. They explained to me the problem and showed me the worn part. They. had a good attitude and were pleasant. I did have a leak under my sink after the plumbing inspection. I can’t tell where it’s coming from. As I told them I have been wanting a new kitchen faucet (it had not been leaking before) so when I select a new faucet I will call you.

Seemed to a very good stem replacement. Handles are still a little hard for me to turn but I am thinking they will loosen up with use. Plumbers were very good. Explained my problem to me and showed me the old and new stem.

Technician knew what our problem was, we do have to buy a new unit. The 2 guys that put the Unit in were great, works great but just to loud. We may have to move our livingroom in a different place, can’t hear the tv. When a/c starts up it sounds like a plane engine. Nothing can be done and I should have asked if it was going to be louder than our other unit.
