Tristen was very thorough and let me know my costs up front. He did a great job and was very courteous.
Technician knew what our problem was, we do have to buy a new unit. The 2 guys that put the Unit in were great, works great but just to loud. We may have to move our livingroom in a different place, can’t hear the tv. When a/c starts up it sounds like a plane engine. Nothing can be done and I should have asked if it was going to be louder than our other unit.
I think y’all are wonderful and tremendous thanks to Juan for coming late yesterday and installing my new handicap toilet after a long afternoon of frustration. If I offended anyone for my bad mood, I sincerely apologize. Y’all came through and made boy right! Thank you!
On time and I would get msgs when the service tech would be on his way
The guys did a great job on the installation. Very please with the work they did. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I could not be happier with the work they performed.
Both young men very courteous, personable and more than willing to help me out. I’m looking forward to them solving my problem tomorrow…I hope!
Very responsive our needs. Billy was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Promt courteous friendly it was a holiday but he came right out needed parts but could not get because of the holiday but fixed enough to get by till Monday when he will come back
