The entire process went smoothly and without disruption. From the technician who came to initially to look at our system to the men who installed it, everyone was courteous, efficient and took the time to explain our options and what was being done. Had plumbing issues that I was unable to troubleshoot. Called McWilliams AC/Plumbing and scheduled for a plumber. As always the folks at McWilliams had me scheduled and repaired in no time. The Tech., Juan Kessinger did a great job. He was quick, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Had my problem fixed quickly and at this time of year (Christmas) the cost didn't turn me into the Grinch! Always had good service from McWilliams and would recommend their AC/plumbing service (and Juan) to everyone.
