Serviced previously purchased Carrier Unit. Kept trying to sell the maintenance package then of course had recommendations for cleansing inside unit motor and coils at an exorbitant cost ( cheaper and if you have maintenance plan) The real reason for service was a Gree split unit not cooling. After a considerable amount of time he determined it likely needs refrigerant but didn’t have the adapter on the truck. When they return, he has to find out why. Must be a leak needing additional repairs????
