The technician Gerardo was very nice and thorough. He provided wonderful suggestions and service. The only issue I had was with customer service on the phone. I think they could’ve been more understanding. My time was scheduled for morning and my services were not rendered until late evening. When I called to let them know about the issue and was unhappy 🙁 I was ignored. I feel like communication could have been better. Once again the technician provided amazing service.
Great guy-very straightforward with estimates, arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am setting a future appointment for some other work in the next two weeks. McWilliams techs are good guys!
