Chris was able to diagnose the problem.
Tech assessed the problem and even came back out ahead of crew the next day to make sure all was ready to go. Crew did a good job, worked steadily to accomplish job in one day's time. Even left the yard in the same shape that they found it, even with all the ditching that was done. (wish crew at my lake house had been as thorough when leaving that yard last July when that sewer had to be dug up, I have tried to straighten it up, but for an old lady, kinda hard to do) Oh Well! Know it was late when they finished that day.
Roland was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the problem and the solutions. Would definitely use again. I hope all McWilliams employees are this considerate and knowledgeable.

Awesome service. I had sewer back up on a Saturday. I called and an employee answered because they were open for business. She put me on the schedule for that day. The technician showed up and worked for a few hours but needed more time and other equipment. He got us working for the night and said he be back on Sunday. 10:30 Sunday he showed up and worked for about 4 more hours in the rain and got us fixed permanently. Very reasonable cost for all the work done. I will call them anytime I have any plumbing problems.
