Ben was great! He quickly diagnosed the issue, and determined that it was an overtightened connector that was the root cause of the problem. He let me know right away that they would be handling everything since they had overtightened the connector. He gave me a plan of action before he left, and I’m confident that this will be resolved quickly. Thank you, Ben!
