My party of 8 went last night. The food was good but the acting was bad and the fight choreography was a bit over the top. Too many employee walking down the aisle trying to sell all kind of stuff during the show which block my view. My server was a bit slow but my husband stated it was because too many people keep blocking his way to do his job. I rank this number four to of dinner show. Beware parking was a pain the parking attendance were not paying attention they were too busy chit chatting. Arrive early, check out the v... read more

Since the feedback form didn't give me a spot to put my one criticism I guess I will air it publicly (seriously - you should have a comment section at the end) We had paid in advance (like over a month in advance) for a party of 6. When we were seated there were only 5 seats left in the table we were assigned. So we squished into them but it really put a damper on enjoying the night because we were so squished. I guess what I would say is that if you are paying a premium for a service like this then I would expect that our ... read more

The standing around and waiting is a bit to much prior to the show. Absolutely no direction is given when you get there, about where to go or what to do. The drink prices prior to the show are ridiculous. The chicken was good, the corn was just okay, the potato was not good and the lemon pound cake was a cheap dessert. The garlic bread and tomato soup was really good. Our server was a bit slow. The show was not that great compared to other dinner shows I have been to. Parking was good. Once was enough for me.

I brought my family of 7 here, paid for the royalty package and Father’s Day add on. We did not get seated in the area the package said we would, I paid online in advance. The show was good for family entertainment, a little to much talking and not enough action for my tastes. A little obviously choreographed fight scenes. Food was not bad. Chicken was pretty good. Service was pretty terrible! We were seated and waited a good 20 minutes to put our drink order, took about 45 min to get one round of drinks and were never offer... read more

The show was great, the staff was pleasant , but the bar server took 45 Minutes to bring our drinks, by then we were over it and our food was about gone. Of course the bar manager blamed it on being understaffed ( nor my problem) we are locals and would not go back or recommend, mainly because of the excuse given by the bar manager

The show was great. Dinner was good. We left our photo we purchased and called 20 mins after we were out. Spoke with customer service who took a message and then transferred us to the location directly. Left no less than 5 voicemails over 2 days and not a single return call. We even offered to pay to ship however the person on the phone said it wouldn’t be necessary. I’m sad that we don’t have our recorded memories, we’re out money and that the customer service is awful.

Business response:

Hello, Lady Nichole! Thank you for visiting the castle and for taking the time to write this review! The issues you encountered during your visit are not what we strive to accomplish in our facility. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused with your photos. It was my first time. I really didn’t know what was about , my boyfriend surprised me. As soon as we got in I started seeing horses and I realized the show included them . I know In that time animals were used as a method of transportation and also for some games . But the poor horses look overworked and tired. One of the horses was drooling and had bandages in the legs. If you are against animal cruelty don’t go here. The food was good overall and the attention as well but I didn’t like the animal show.

Business response:

Hello Lady Auri! We understand your concern - we too are animal lovers and our horses' welfare is our TOP priority. They receive the highest quality of care. Our horses have state-of-the-art stables that include tempurpedic beds and water fountains in each stall, which are maintained by our horse trainers and stable hands. The drooling you are referring to is a good thing! It is caused by the horses' bit, which is their mouth piece. Each bit is custom fit to the horse’s mouth to make it as comfortable as possible. When the h... read more
