Very disappointed in the new show. A little boring
Over flowing trash outside the main entrance was the 1st of many disappointing features. Told to arrive 75 minutes prior to show and really it's just a ploy to get you inside to purchase overpriced bar drinks and souveniers. Food was great, show was great, our server Meaghan was amazing, but the extremely uncomfortable and CRAMPED seating was reason for us to never return to another show like this. :(

Quite a cluster.... booked early... only to get there days later and be told they were “over booked” and that I could “upgrade” if I wanted a seat. Can you imagine an airline doing that? I’m sorry, we’re overbooked, if you’d like a seat you’ll need to purchase first class! We have been to Medieval several times, this was a totally unacceptable night! Absolutely disgusting experience. Will not serve alcohol unless you have ID. Even to my 65 year old parents. Then, we went to the rest room, my wife held my beer, and they wanted to throw us all out. AVOID TtHIS PLACE customer service is disgusting, and well over priced.
Not once when booking tickets did it say ID needed. The night before we went out just down road and not once asked for ID We are from the uk, ages 46 45 68. We got our tickets from attraction city.. we arrived to be told as we had no id no drinks, now this was a birthday .. not once were we told you had to take Id for drinks.. now I appreciate Florida laws 100 pr cent. But the night be fore we had drinks over the road with no mention of Id.. now my problem.. the manager followed my mother around who had id so was aloud a dri... read more
£160 down for a night I won't forget for all the wrong reasons. The show just lacked any excitement. It was all just mediocre. We upgraded to the VIP package don't bother, we ended up getting the same treatment as everyone else. To top it off those who had birthdays got an amazing cake at the end we were lumbered with some god awful stuff.
