Overall it was diasapinting. The prices were excessive. $27 for 2 non alcoholic drinks? The food was good and the show somewhat entertaining, although it started out slow and took a while to get good. However there was NO air conditioning in the arena. The server was very good, but was sweating in the food. Not very appetizing. He did his best. At no time was an announcement made, an apology given, or the AC issue even addressed. Compared to other branches, this was not up to par. While I would visit others, I won't return t... read more

Very unorganized entry and picture pickup. Drink cup was empty 75% of the show. Show was good.

Medieval Times is an experience worth every single penny. The actors, the battle and medieval environments are as realistic as it should be. If you're in Orlando and do not attend one if their dinner and tournament experience you haven't been there at all!!!!

First time there. Every staff member I talked to seemed like they hated their job, not very friendly or customer service oriented. The show was somewhat entertaining at parts. I think their sound system is not that great, I could hear the people speaking, but couldn't understand what they were saying most of the time. I'm glad I got our tickets half price. Our server was slow and when I asked for a refill on my drink, he came back and started clearing all of the cups and I never got my drink. I recently visited Tenness... read more

I'm just here looking for the guy who played the green squire at tonight's show (6/15/17). We locked eyes and it was the most magical part of the evening. Where ya at??? Oh, it was also a pretty great show. 10/10 would recommend.

Great show but your alcohol was way to high. Food was good but please when you pay that much to get in and then a beer is 17.00 please that's highway robbery.

The show and food were both top notch. Be advised: instructions say to arrive an hour early. If you do, you will be trapped in the gift shop. Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring extra funds for pictures and alcoholic drinks if that's your bag. Avoid buying the toys, the markup is out of this world. Buy a shirt or two, it's a much better buy.

If you are going to pay for VIP service don't you think you should be the very last table to get served? Just a thought. Also don't order diet soda. Apparently it's not kept readily accessible.
