The show was great. Dinner was good. We left our photo we purchased and called 20 mins after we were out. Spoke with customer service who took a message and then transferred us to the location directly. Left no less than 5 voicemails over 2 days and not a single return call. We even offered to pay to ship however the person on the phone said it wouldn’t be necessary. I’m sad that we don’t have our recorded memories, we’re out money and that the customer service was awful.

Ok so cable 14 years ago then out closed and was delighted had reopened but well over $200 fior 4 people to be constantly sold too was poor and every time cable before alcohol was included not just soft drinks with too much ice. Show was ok but would not come again sorry ps I am not American so maybe expect different !
They no longer serve apple turnovers for dessert 😢 Instead pound cake 😠😠😛
Food and show were good... waiter was absolutely horrible!!! Ruined the whole experience for our entire party

The show was good, the food was great, we just had an awful waiter. He kept running out of drink Everytime he got to us, there were long waited between courses, other tables had their food and we were always waiting. He did not offer us coffee and we were never offered the chance to buy alcoholic beverages.

Had a great time with the family. Food was good, despite the children being picky eaters. My son's chicken was nice and juicy although mine was dry I still enjoyed it all. Pricey and wish there was more entertainment for the crowd to do. Ordered online and paid more which sucks, if we would have waited to pay till we got there we would have saved $25. By all means, we paid a lot but had a good time.
