Absolutely terrible company. We tried to cancel our reservation considering that there is a HURRICANE and all of their shows would be cancelled for the time we would have been in town anyway but they refuse to refund our money or switch locations. We are out $200 unless we want to drive 10 hours to come a different time. Absolutely terrible. I will never go there.
No preshow like the competitor, not adequate seating while you wait to go inside. Show was ok. Food was ok. (need more choices for drinks rather than Pepsi, diet Pepsi or water). and our waiter kept disappearing and we were last to be served every time a new food item would come out and we were 3rd row up from bottom. I would rate my experience has a 2. Not worth the money spent in my opinion at all.
Long and boring, go to pirates voyage it’s much more exciting.
Very disappointed. The story was week, and the acting was so phony. The food was very bland. The only good thing about the entire event , was the horses, and the hawk. Don't waste your money.

We (me, my husband, and our 2 sons..11years and 11months) went on July 29th for my birthday. The tickets cost over $100 and that was with me being free for my birthday. This was a total waste of money. You could not hear what the queen was saying and so we didnt understand the storyline. Then our waitress was very slow in bringing our food which wasnt very good. Show was good but the chicken was not done and I couldn't eat it.

Our party was excited to see what the new show was about. However, very quickly, we became very disappointed in the experience. Absolutely no preshow. Just 60 minutes of standing around or waiting 30 minutes in line for a drink. The main attraction was very diluted and complex. We could not for the life of us understand the actors or what was going on. It was so bad we thought about leaving after eating as we were bored. Also as an aside, pound cake for dessert? No way.

We just went there yesterday 7-24-18. We had a blast there. The entertainment was awesome, the food was a huge feast, loved every minute of medieval times. Only complaint was merchandise, beer was way to over priced. Don’t drink there it’s 7-8 a small plastic cup of beer, and 30+ for glass and novelty cups a complete ripoff! Saw a lady buy her son a small 12” sword made in China for 50.00? When you can buy a complete 3 piece sword set made in China for 30.00 and any other place in the USA! Show was boring really disappointed in this! Chicken was hot but not seasoned or flavored! The ear of corn and the lemon cake was the best! Otherwise then that I would. It go back again
