The food was way too spicy kids couldn’t eat it ,couldn’t understand the audiable was terrible ice cream was melted over all disappointed and over priced for food that couldn’t be eaten

Just not a very good show
I spent well over $100.00 on this outing for my husband's birthday. When we went in we were told yo wait in the line behind the people wanting to purchase tickets. We already had tickets! Then, we could not understand a thing that was being said. It was all muffled. our seats were too close to the speakers. We attended the show on a Sunday evening. The performers worked very hard and as a spectator you could appreciate that! The food though was horrible. The potatoes were so undercooked they were hard as a rock, the corn was so over cooked that it was nasty mush, the bread was barely warmed and the butter wasn’t melted. We talked to the manager who said she was going to remake the food and bring it out, and she never did. She never apologized for the terrible food, and we all left hungry. wait staff was wonderful but we could only understand a one word I. about 20. it was S if ee were at something in another language. the show was ecttemely repetitive. we parked in handicap parking and then had to leave from a door on the opposite side of the building resulting in a long difficult walk. they seem to not be able to the crowds, had to push thru incoming.people to find an exit.

The show remains very good, but the service has really gotten terrible. The staff were so overloaded that we waited more than 40 minutes to order wine, and then another 20 or more to receive it. Drink refills were so slow, but you hated to ask the waitress because she was the only one working our entire 2 rows. Sadly the people selling pictures, swords, banners and other stuff were all over you. I could have had 10 refills had just half of them been wait staff.
