We've gotten 4 vehicles from here since 2011. The first was a 2006 HHR-(A-LEMON) & traded it for a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Traded the Avenger for a used 2011 GMC Sierra. And Purchased a 2009 HHR. After purchasing the 2006 HHR-LEMON, we have been picking out certified pre-owned. The 2011 GMC & 2009 HHR was/is cerified pre-owned. Dusty is our salesman.....DUSTY IS THE GREATEST! ALSO A BIG HELLO TO DOUG!!
This was a very pleasant experience. three years ago I got my first lease on a new 2012 GMC Terrain SLE and the staff really went to bat for me. my lease was recently up so I came back to upgrade to a new 2015 GMC Terrain with some bells and whistles and again the staff went to bat for me and out the door I went the same day with my new 2015 GMC Terrain SLT. The staff at Medina Auto Mall is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!
My husband and I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was dealer demo, had 2,000 miles on it. 2 years into the lease we discovered it was in an accident. Resented or backed into something. Now we are stuck with it. No one will ever believe we didn’t do it. I strongly would not recommend this dealership!

They screwed my veteran brother over on a truck. He offered a deposit to Alex Roblero and they didn’t take it. So the truck had a deposit on while they wasted his whole day trying to call banks or something. Liars and crooks. Avoid this place.
