RecommendedWe've gotten 4 vehicles from here since 2011. The first was a 2006 HHR-(A-LEMON) & traded it for a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Traded the Avenger for a used 2011 GMC Sierra. And Purchased a 2009 HHR. After purchasing the 2006 HHR-LEMON, we have been picking out certified pre-owned. The 2011 GMC & 2009 HHR was/is cerified pre-owned. Dusty is our salesman.....DUSTY IS THE GREATEST! ALSO A BIG HELLO TO DOUG!!
RecommendedThis was a very pleasant experience. three years ago I got my first lease on a new 2012 GMC Terrain SLE and the staff really went to bat for me. my lease was recently up so I came back to upgrade to a new 2015 GMC Terrain with some bells and whistles and again the staff went to bat for me and out the door I went the same day with my new 2015 GMC Terrain SLT. The staff at Medina Auto Mall is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!

Don’t do business here!!! I was asked to out a $500 deposit down on a vehicle and less than 24hrs later i changed my mind and they said my deposit was no refundable!!! They never told me that when they asked me to out a deposit down. The salesman Jake said he was working on getting me a refund and that has been almost 2 weeks ago and now no one will answer my calls or return them. If thats how they do business there i would not do business with them.
They offer great prices to draw you in but don't seem to concerned on making a sale or contacting you back when your interested in a vehicle. And still probably won’t get a response back with this
I talked to them about leasing a vehicle only. I made it very clear that I was only interested in leasing. They took it upon themselves to send me over to multiple banks for no reason to purchase a vehicle.
My husband and I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was dealer demo, had 2,000 miles on it. 2 years into the lease we discovered it was in an accident. Resented or backed into something. Now we are stuck with it. No one will ever believe we didn’t do it. I strongly would not recommend this dealership!
