Recently moved here. Own multiple ram and Chrysler products. Always great experience at firelands jeep in Sandusky. From the beginning Scott in service gave me run around to bring vehicle under warranty and tried to schedule me outside warranty window. Eventually told me bring it in and drop off. they won't answer any questions they just want to tell you to come on in and talk to them in person. they are very pushy on a Facebook post how are they going to be in person? also they delete comments that don't fit their narrative cuz they don't want to make them look bad. not as great as they think they are.

Service department is unfriendly and incompetent. I dropped off my 23 jeep grand Cherokee (I bought at Medina auto mall) off for service appointment and some recalls. Service manager told me they would call me later in the day when my jeep was completed. They had my jeep for 3 days without calling me, I had to call them. This is my only car and I did not ask for loaner because service manager told me it would be completed that day. As someone who is openly and unapologetically a gay male, I’ve come to expect the occasional slur or demeaning language. Sadly, I never thought I’d hear it on the sales floor of a well-known car dealership. Yet here I am, disappointed. RecommendedHorrible, condescending customer service with lack of answers. Felt slimy, we walked out in the middle of talking about the vehicle because of the horrible sales service.
First off read the fine print with their “deals”. It’s a bait and switch on vehicles (at least in my case) people don’t want and they are trying to get rid of. Next they want to way over charge on leases. I have an 800 score and I wanted to get out of my vehicle lease early. My vehicle is in perfect condition. They refuse to work with me on that. The mentality of this establishment is DISGUSTING, the lie, they falsify, the cheat, they scam, they play financial games, ZERO morals... If you work here and have any self worth left, find another establishment to work for, these folks are only in it for ONE thing, MAX profit from every deal...
