TRASH. WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. WASTED MY WHOLE DAY TEXTING KNOWING THE TRUCK WAS SOLD AFTER I OFFERED A DEPOSIT TO ALEX. PRIOR TO IT GETTING A DEPOSIT WITH ANOTHER BUYER. IF YOURE OUT OF TOWN OR NOT THERE, AVOID!!! BUYER BEWARE. THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 8 hours.

Today(3/11/25) My Bf had an appointment with a salesman named Joseph. He was very rude and try to mask as he was just being blunt. We have the money just didn’t know where to cash the check he has since no account the bank wouldn’t cash it. He came slick like we wasted his time til I spoke up. He then saw his error an went to try to seek help. It was already a wrap. It was a nice truck and he lost a good sale for being a true jerk!

Drove 2.5 hours to buy a truck after I had called and spoke with the sales team about this specific truck. I get there drive the truck like it sit down to pay them and find out that the truck is $4000 over the online price. They "didn't know" that the added equipment was not in the online price. I went ahead and purchase the truck anyways, only to find out two days later that the fuel line was installed so incorrectly that it took 35 minutes to fill up my tank every time due to 90° bends. Just purchased a brand new GMC utility bed truck not even a week ago. The fuel line is bent and they have given my husband the run around. Scott told my husband this morning "there is nothing he can do for him". HORRIBLE customer service. Took them no time at all to take our money but its been 3 days we've been trying to get a solution. BUYER BEWARE.

Recently moved here. Own multiple ram and Chrysler products. Always great experience at firelands jeep in Sandusky. From the beginning Scott in service gave me run around to bring vehicle under warranty and tried to schedule me outside warranty window. Eventually told me bring it in and drop off. Wife brings in and suddenly Scott forgot the conversation and no record of my call. Eventually accepts the vehicle ironically only after seeing open recall issue. they won't answer any questions they just want to tell you to come on in and talk to them in person. they are very pushy on a Facebook post how are they going to be in person? also they delete comments that don't fit their narrative cuz they don't want to make them look bad. not as great as they think they are.
