we ended up with a troublesome car that we didn't get to take for a drive to check it out and it broke down before we got home.took it back and tried to get a different car but were told we had to keep that one. Not happy at all.

I will objectively account my events with Medina Auto Mall and you can make your own judgement on if the experience was good or bad. I am a return customer, having bought a Jeep Wrangler a couple years ago from Medina Auto Mall. I needed a family vehicle, so I had to trade it in for a quad cab pickup truck. I lost a lot on the trade, but I guess that's just financing and my mediocre credit score. I bought a Chevy Silverado at a very high interest rate, which I'm not faulting the dealership for. Deceptive advertising beware, and don’t waste your time. To be told “sorry the manufacturer puts that automatically on our website” that maybe true but they don’t offer a discounted price that is done in house. The waste of time is “Sir we can order that vehicle for you”

no switch and bait. I like the car that I have but it's not the one I test drove. I pencil whipped, I should've waited until my credit score got up to 700. fifty points makes a difference

My family purchased gap coverage and unfortunately totaled the vehicle. In order to proceed w gap, this facility must cancel and send proof that the extended warranty has been cancelled. We’ve sent them all the information they need and seemingly can’t get folks to respond. Each day makes matters worse to the point we are running out of time to complete the process. When you pay 12 grand for a used vehicle and wait for more than a week for delivery because they are supposed to be doing a complete mechanical inspection and replacing any bad parts, and then you get a vehicle with broken exhaust pipes that are tied up with an old phone charger cord, something is definitely lacking in their inspection process 🙄

The worst dealership to deal with so we signed paperwork for our cpo cadilac was listed as certified however never was so we signed and suppose to be done in a week also had damage that wasn't listed so had to go to body shop as well and needed another key programed so went to pick it up in a week said was ready show up car hasn't even been cleaned still had garbage from previous owners in it mind you I live over hour and a half drive each way so they haven't even washed it at this point s now I drive home again without the ... read more

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE GUYS SELL YOU. MY WIFE BOUGHT A 6000.00 CAR. ONE WEEK LATER IT NEEDS ALL NEW BREAKS, ROTERS AND STABLAIZER BARS. OVER 1500. ON WORK. O CALLED SALES MAN. HE KEPT SAYING DUDE. DUDE SHR BOUGHT A CAR AS IS... NEVER GO THERE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NEVER GO THERE.
