We recently purchased a new Ram 1500. What we didn't realize till later that the brake control was not on this model. When I went in to explain my disappointment they we very understanding and they had the brake control installed at half the cost. It was just as much my fault for not noticing this before we drove off. Scott in service was great. Thanks for all the help we really appreciated the service.

Paul Toth was great and I saved over 800 dollars for the exact vehicle by coming to Medina auto mart. I did shop around and nobody could come close including Sims, Axlerod, and Joyce.
A friend told us to talk Chris Peabody about a new Cadillac. We live thirty miles away. Our friend told us it would be worth the trip. We leased a XT5 that day. Chris was great sales person who was quite knowable about the SUV. He also is a great guy you can trust. We could have gone to a dealer two miles from our condo. Glad i did not.

I want to say a BIG thank you to Shannen. She helped my mom get into a Buick Encore that she loves. She took the time with her to explain everything to her. She even took the time to meet her on her day off To get her in her car. Everyone went out of there way from manager to tech to Dale in finance. Thank you everyone for taking care of her.
After shopping for months I was unsure as to what type of vehicle I wanted. Always owning foreign vehicles I was really skeptical on them.
