Drove 2.5 hours to buy a truck after I had called and spoke with the sales team about this specific truck. I get there drive the truck like it sit down to pay them and find out that the truck is $4000 over the online price. They "didn't know" that the added equipment was not in the online price. Rude salesman I can only assume they get this from the rude management. I would not recommend. In this day and age when cars are so hard to sell, you'd think that they would be decent to their customers!

Drive a little further to Joyce Buick instead! Absolute horrible experience. Went drove 2 hours to get there on a Saturday at 4 PM. Went in with a pre-approval from GM Financing. After getting there didn’t like the original color of the car we had inquired about and asked about a different color. FYI they don’t give you over KBB they say. I was there in February, I made an appointment just like it says and got a voucher. I went for my appointment and spoke to a salesman who looked up said appointment and verified it. When we got back from our test drive the salesman brings us the trade offer which was exactly KBB.
