This is the second Buick I have bought from Medina Auto Mall. Joe Martin was my salesman both times. Very positive experience,he has always been very respectful & helpful .Being a single lady in my 60's ,I appreciate that he never talks down to me. He always explains things about my vehicle that I don't understand.
