Everything was wonderful as usual. The staff were super friendly and was able to accommodate even though due to last minute changes I couldn’t make my original reservation. We were able to get a seat in the bar area and the bartender/ our server that night was exceptional. Food was delicious as always, always fun doing fondue and our drinks were spot on scrumptious. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re a fan of Melting Pot.
We had a delicious dinner at Melting Pot! We loved the food and had impeccable service and we treated so well! They knew it was our anniversary and we received a little happy anniversary treat! So wonderful!

We had the best waiter and the food was so fresh and delicious. We were seated quickly, taken care of start to finish and had so much fun. Wear stretchy pants!
We had gift cards here that we needed to use. Probably wouldn’t have come here if not for the gift cards. Our server was good though.
I have always enjoyed going to the Melting Pot and felt like it was a treat for my family but has gone downhill recently. This restaurant needs some love and upkeep for the price point. It no longer feels like a restaurant worth $50/person.
If it is your first time in a Melting Pot restaurant and you do the four course dinner for two, then ask your waiter/waitress to explain the process of the courses. With a group of four people the experience was pleasent, and we spent three hours just eating and talking. I recommend Sundays, because street parking is plentiful (and free) and they are not as busy.
The lighting is so bright. Why does it need to be so blinding. Please dim the lights a bit!
I made the reservation and mentioned it was for my birthday celebration and the other couple that joined us it was her birthday next week she had gotten a certificate on email for strawberries I didn’t receive an email for strawberries even though I told them it was my birthday and I didn’t get the box of strawberries so I was irritated about that.
