RecommendedDr Osborn is the best. Brought my Reese in with a back flare. In one appointment 50% better. No drugs! If you are looking for natural care. See Dr Osborn! She is a treasure on the lakeshore. Julia at the front desk is so caring and helpful and not ever judging. Others make comments about what natural things are being done or herbs being prescribed. Some education needed. This is the wave of the future.

The kindness of the veterinary assistants was very comforting. They fit in my Great Dane in a serious situation and were able to accommodate a same day procedure. I know this is not the norm and I got in on the “right” day, but they could have turned me away. Dr. Dan did a great job and her follow up was personal and easy to understand (I was not in the best frame of mind) Dr Joe weighed in the right and wrong way to handle our situation and I trust him implicitly! I am so grateful for the vets and vet staff at Memorial Drive. Everyone is incredibly kind, caring and sympathetic. I am always able to get in as soon as possible, and when my dog Zara got into a fight and was hurt, they allowed us to come in right away and Dr. Sutton saw her and treated her immediately which I am so thankful for. I was an absolute mess and he made sure I knew that Zara was going to be okay, and he made me laugh when I was in such distress which made me feel so much better. My dear poodle decided to eat a sock and eventually it got stuck in his intestinal tract. I called the vet right away in the morning when they opened and they were very accommodating and sincere about trying to get him in as early as they could. They got him in within an hour and everyone was so sincere and caring! All of the techs and Dr Sutton did such an amazing job with him. I’m so grateful to memorial drive veterinary clinic for always being there for my fur children whenever I’ve needed them. The care and compassion i’ve been shown here is outstanding. The vets show the same love and concern I feel for my dogs ,and that alone that speaks so much to me. The entire staff is always friendly and caring . Thank you all again to all the care you’ve given to my family
