RecommendedI have been taking my cat to a different vet. When I called them they said maybe I could bring my cat the following Tuesday and being very rude about. I called Memorial Drive Vet I got in the same day I called. My cat is experiencing cold like symptoms. They were very cautious and had me come in the side door because of that with all the Covid going around. Which I thought was great. My puppy and I are newer clients but Dr. Dan has been fabulous thus far! I know that vet clinics around the country are super booked right now because of all the COVID puppies and kittens so I really appreciated being squeezed in right away when my puppy was experiencing GI upset all night after we first moved to town. Dr. Dan was very patient and took the time to get my puppy's history and really understand what my concerns were. She suggested some additional lab tests and called me personally when they came in. The Dr. and Tech(s) took the time to listen about my concerns and did a very thorough exam of my new kitten, that had been rescued. The facility was very clean. Waiting area has spaces for several pets and are spread out well. Not many animals there at one time. Keeps the animals calm.
