My car only had 6,000 miles on it and 8 months old. The light stating I needed Service A stayed on and kept reminding me how many days I was delinquent in getting the service. I called MBZ and they told me to go to the dealer to reset it. The dealer said the only way to reset was to perform the service. It was NOT a 10,000 service NOR a 12 month service. And, they recommended a tire balance...which I paid for as additional. They were nice but I don't understand why they could not have reset then
