Service advisor was not well educated on my vehicle and they were not able to fix all of my issues. They did complete the oil change and fixed the recall issues in a timely manner however.
Fantastic. I had a problem with a proximity sensor that another dealer was not able to resolve with two visits. Plano MB found the solution and corrected it. My service advisor, Glenn Manther is great!
