Battery went bad on a Friday evening just before a road trip. Took the car in early Saturday morning hoping they could fix it in time for me to leave. Not only did they fix the battery problem but they noticed a recall for a software update and they did that too! Safer trip thanks to Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
