The gentleman who has represented me several times, Clayton, is exceptional. He always under promises, and over delivers. For example, the reason I was in was to pick up a second ignition key fob. Clayton explained the process, and said it may take 30 to 45 minutes to complete the process. Not more than 10 minutes after I arrived, the job had been completed. Second, Clayton is always courteous, respectful and professional. I truly felt like a Mercedes Benz owner.
