Prefer the Plano location over Mercedes Dallas. They are much more efficient and fast. They have anticipated the customer’s needs and have ensured that they provide good service. I was in and out in less than 15 min when I dropped off my car. I did not wait around. My service advisor Jay was ready for me when I arrived. The loaner car was also ready, parked and ready for me to use. At the Dallas location, you wait around 30 min before they bring the loaner to you.
