This was my first time making an appt at MBZ of Plano; had a terrible experience in North Park in Dallas that decided to give Plano a try; my appt was at 1:30pm on a Saturday, but arrive at 10:30am thinking it was at that time. Ali, service Rep, assured me that he will accommodate to see me, and even offered me a loan car; all of this without asking! If this is not customer service tailored for a King, I don’t know what is. Highly recommend MBZ of Plano, and ask for Ali! He is the man to go to for services.
