Mercedes in general don't seem to take very good notes as to what work they have completed in the past on your car or have not. My biggest frustration is that you will speak with someone and if you talk to another person who is not aware of what you are referring to whether it be packages you purchased/ services you are supposed to to have done etc. it is as though what you're saying you were told or promised isn't true. Andrew was amazing, great customer service, communication and listened to what I needed done with the car at that time. It is an older car that needs lots of things done and I explained I knew this but didn't want sticker shock of everything. Just what needed worked on immediately.
