The Best Car Buying Experience Andreas was my salesman when I purchased my new SUV couple days ago. He was sharp, attentive, knowledgeable, which made my car buying experience a breeze. Andreas, and Mike from Finance had all the documents ready for me to sign, which saved me a lot of time. The process was absolutely great, and will buy my next Mercedes from them again.
Andreas was the best! A few months before I purchased my C300, I met Andreas through a mutual friend. I was working towards earning a white Mercedes through my business and let Andreas know. He was super supportive and helpful while I was working hard to earn my car. When the time came to purchase, he helped me get the perfect car for me! The experience with financing went smoothly and I drove off the lot a very happy new Mercedes owner!
My personal experience about this dealer A great dealer with some great workers over there. My sales man Andreas was perfect in my mind, he made the process really easy for me. I got what I expected it. He never push me to go through the purchase. The only thing he did was offer helps. Great place, love to do the business with them again.
Best Mercedes Dealership All Mercedes dealerships are not the same! Mercedes of West Chester is by far the best in the state and beyond. My husband and I were very satisfied with the new car purchase price. We ordered our car, and through the entire process, our salesman, Kyle, kept us informed from start to delivery. And all staff members were extremely friendly and personable, willing to help.

Fast and effective sales person. Fair lease deal. We only looked at BMW 5-Series, Lexus GS and the M-B E350. All of the cars are great, but the West Chester dealership simply was the easiest to work with and amazingly, for the same down payment, same term, and same auto price, the M-B dealer's monthly lease payment was almost $100 less than the competition. That's about $3600 for me. We worked with Andreas and Chris and both were excellent.

Buying Experience Andreas Burkert was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with through the whole process of looking at and purchasing a vehicle. When he knew I was coming in to look at a vehicle, he had it washed and pulled up to the front ready to test drive. Michael Stain and Chris Johnson were also excellent to work with through this process.
Buying Experience I am very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all three people i came in contact during my initial tow visits to purchase the car..
