Went smoothly, no issues from dealership
Liked everything! GREAT Service!+
Fast courteous service and they kept me informed!
Waited about ten minutes before I was helped. There was nobody at the front counter to assist me and all service reps were on the phone. I'm sure it was just a really busy period of time but usually in the past they have someone at the front desk to at least acknowledge me. Other than that, the gentleman that assisted me was outstanding and made sure that the blown tire I needed replaced was taken care of and managed the whole process from start to finish.
Best customer service ever! What an amazing experience!
Andrew is hands down the most helpful service rep I've ever dealt with and he is 100% the reason I drive an hour one way to have my service done here! Thank you Andrew
