Great experience for the inexperienced I came in to test drive a car. It was my fist stop in my new car search and was primarily just stopping to test drive a car a saw and start the process. Patrick was super helpful and understand. Most importantly, he was not pushy at all and very informative. Fast.. low pressure.. very easy to work with and negotiable. I went to two dealerships in the city to pick out my new car. West Chest definitely worked with me to make the deal happen. Pros: People there were very nice, willing to negotiate price, and they worked around my schedule and were not high pressure (which is normally what makes me never buy from a dealer).
