Mercer Hill has so many state violations. The facility cant even pay the trash bill. The facility had trash piled up. If your loved one is in Personal Care, they won't get their medications on time. Lets talk about the front desk...If there's a family emergency, there's nobody there to pick up the phone. When leaving a message, the staff called me nasty and thought it was some kind of joke. I was asked not to call the facility by several staff members.

We stand by our associate staff, who are an incredibly devoted and dedicated group who go about their jobs with great passion. A community that has been as successful as this one has been has a great legacy to live up to, and we're sorry that it was not to your liking.
It's a great place for people who need assisted living or a community where they can have their own apartment but it SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEMORY CARE.

The Reflections Memory Care program that we are instituting has nationally recognized leadership and is specifically designed to serve individuals with a variety of memory-related issues at various stages. We think you will see substantive positive change.
My Mother, a resident at Mercer Hill, fell ill in December and was placed on Hospice. All my Mother wanted was to be at home in her final days so I arranged with hospice to have her brought to HER home in Mercer Hill. Instead of being met with concern and compassion, I was met by [name removed] Guest Services Director with attempts to block my Mother from being in her own home in her final days.
